2–7 years civil engineering experience. Roadway or bridge design background preferred. Missouri EIT minimum, PE preferred. Must be comfortable with AutoCAD Civil 3D and federal-aid project documentation. Will manage construction inspection on MODOT projects from day one.
MODOT Level 1 Concrete and Asphalt inspector certifications required. OSHA 30-Hour current. 3+ years field inspection experience. Will inspect roadway, utility, and site work projects for CrossField clients across the KC metro. Daily inspection reports, materials testing coordination, contractor communication.
Missouri PE required. 10+ years civil infrastructure project management. Experience with Missouri and Kansas municipal and public agency clients required. Will lead a portfolio of 4–6 active projects — client relationship, scope, schedule, and budget accountability. Will supervise 2–4 project engineers.
