We reply within one working day. Usually with questions about how your environment is currently administered, because that determines more about a transition than the number of staff does.

An initial conversation is without charge. It frequently establishes that an organization is adequately served by its existing provider, and where that is our conclusion we say so rather than proposing work.

Discovery precedes any support agreement. We do not quote a monthly figure for an environment we have not examined, because the honest answer at that stage is that we do not know what is in it.

You create our accounts, not the other way round. Nothing begins until named administrative accounts exist in your directory, under your control.
